Macallan – Edition No.2
This is the second release of the Edition range from Macallan. A collaboration between Master whisky maker, Bob Dalgarno and the legendary Spanish Chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca. Who’s Restaurant the El Celler De Can Roca was named the best restaurant in the world twice by Restaurant magazine.
This single malt was drawn from a combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogshead.
