First you have to be a registered user on our website. This is a one time payment for a lifetime membership. Click Here to be taken to our registration page. Registration costs £4 +VAT which is a one-off fee that allows you to buy or sell with us, monitor watch lists and see the status of your goods.

Register your goods with us using our Lot Registration Form. Each Lot registration costs £3 +VAT which will be deducted from monies transferred to you on completion of sale.

Please complete the form to the best of your knowledge, letting us know if there is any damage or any additional information you would like us to mention in your listing.

If you would like a place a Reserve Price on your Lot(s) to ensure a minimum hammer price is achieved, please ensure this is selected on the Lot Registration Form. A fee of £4 +VAT per Lot will be charged if you add a Reserve Price.


Arrange delivery of your bottles to Speyside Whisky Auctions. We have different options available to make it as easy as possible.

Please ensure to include the completed Registration Form with all deliveries.

Free pre-arranged drop off available at Forres, Elgin, Keith and Inverurie. Please contact us to arrange.

Courier — a fast and secure option. Sellers can organise their own preferred courier to deliver their good(s) to us at our office at 4 Waterford Circle, Forres, Moray, Scotland IV36 3EF.

We will be offering free collections from various places across Scotland, so please keep an eye on newsletters, social media and the website for dates.

Alternatively, if you would like us to collect them from you personally this can also be arranged, though fees may apply.


Once we have your goods in our possession, we will review the condition of the goods. You will be sent an email confirming your goods are in our next Auction. We will then photograph and prepare a listing for your goods.

When the Auction goes live you will be able to watch the progress of your goods in your personal account.

We aim to pay our Sellers as soon as possible on completion of the Auction. Payment will be made once Buyers have paid and received the goods. You will receive an email with a purchase statement confirming the amounts that will be transferred to you and this will show all fees deducted from your Lots.
